This website offers visitors live corals and other goods to purchase and ship/pick-up from our premised in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using our site, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

Guarantee/Return policy
We do not offer refunds on livestock only credit through our guarantee.
We do not offer returns on livestock.
We do not refund or credit any shipping costs.
Guarantee applies to online orders only.
Any order cancellations will be credited for 1 year or refunded with a 20% restocking fee.
Livestock credit cannot be used for shipping.
Packs & discounted corals get either replacements or credit for amount paid, not items original price.

 

Website typographical / coral information errors
We shall not be held responsible for typographical errors in names or prices and we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published in our catalogs and websites. In the event of a misrepresentation of name or price we will issue a refund or credit for the amount paid.

Limitation of liabilty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Wide Corals, Inc. assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify and hold the owner of this website (Exotic-coralz)  harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
