Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

– All orders are shipped via Aipak Express overnight and are only available for delivery within the West Malaysia contiguous states.
– Standard delivery days are Tuesday And Thursday ( Unless otherwise stated).
– Orders processed after 12:00 pm CST will be shipped the following day.
– You will receive a tracking number via email before your shipment arrives.

Please be aware that:
– We are not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, and/or any other shipping liability.
– We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies.
– We are not liable for any damages that might occur whilst your items are in transit/en route for delivery.
– In the event of a claim (genuine reasons only), we need to be provided with the pictures of the damaged items within ONE HOUR of receiving the shipment. No claims will be accepted/processed without the pictures, and/or supporting evidence.

Some rural areas have required you to self collect the parcel from the Airpak outlet located HERE.  please email us / whatsapp or Wechat us  if you have any questions.

Note: Shipping is to SHIPPING address ONLY unless other arrangements are made via email.

Our prized coral specimens and frags are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with cold packs depending on environmental conditions. Currently we ONLY offer Twice weekly shipment (Tues & Thursday) and the arrangement are schedule in such a way to prevent any DOA of our prized corals. If you do required shipping out of the scheduled weekly shipment date, please contact us and we will see how we are able to meet the requirement.

We currently do not ship any products (live goods) outside of Malaysia.  Live stony coral exports require CITES paperwork and extra expenses which make the process too expensive and time-consuming for small shipments.

Free Shipping:

We offer FREE SHIPPING for order above RM 500 which is valid only for west Malaysia delivery only.

Local Pickup:

Currently we don’t provide self pick up at our premises, however you can contact us to schedule for a pickup arrangement to meet in Johor Bahru .

 

Shipping Schedule

Livestock shipping dates must be scheduled with us, we do not ship anything live unannounced or unscheduled.  You will receive a tracking number via email the evening before your shipment arrival.  In the event of inclement weather or any shipping liability, please be aware that we are not liable for shipping delays to your busy schedule!  We highly encourage you to take delivery via your local airpak branch!  You can request to have it shipped “hold at location” and it will be held at an office for pickup at your convenience.  We will do our best to keep you updated and aware of any possible shipping problems.

All corals on the site are either quarantined or healed for a minimum of 2 weeks before shipping.  Occasionally a coral will need to be cut upon ordering, and need time to heal after being cut, so please allow 2-7 days after ordering to ship.  We will advise if we feel the coral needs more time before shipping, or we find that the corals is not in the optimal condition suitable for shipping yet.

For any special request on delivery or packaging,  please include it under your order notes when you placed an order, and we will do our best to work with you.  Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss ship dates and the status of your order at . All orders will be ship out from our farm within 2 weeks of order date. If you cannot accept a delivery during thing time please contact us! At your request, your order can be re-arranged during the shipping window of 2 weeks.

Exotic coralz will work with you to find a suitable shipping date that accommodates your busy schedule and ours.  You will receive a tracking # email from AIRPAK Express  confirming your order has shipped.  If you do not receive an email by the night before your order is to ship, please call / Whatsapp /Wechat or facebook messenger  or even email us to confirm the shipment date.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival, but in regards to all personal time and expenses due to unforeseen shipping delays and consequences, the person/persons is responsible. Our corals are healthy and happy when shipped out.  We have close to a 90% success rate when shipping corals with our packing techniques!  If for some reason your order (or individual coral) does not survive the trip you may submit a D.O.A claim  which you will receive a credit towards another order.  You must notify us via email / wechat or whatsapp with photos of the DOA corals within 4 hours of delivery! Do not throw away any corals.

This credit will be valid for 6 months.  There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances.  Canceled orders due to out of stocks  will be refunded, please allow 1-2 weeks for this to appear on your billing statement.  All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience.  We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).

If you have any problems whatsoever, please address concerns via the Contact Us form on our website or a phone call.  We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays (Hari Raya, Christmas, New Years, chinese new year ect …)  The risk to ship live coral shipments during these period of time is simply too high. We do not ship the week before Christmas, or the span from Christmas to New Years’s Day.

Unforeseen Delay in Shipment

Unfortunately ,  currently there is no courier that can give us guaranteed to arrive on time. As such, no refunds or credits will be given for shipping under the below circumstances!

  • Delay due to longer than expected delay by courier company
  • Delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as loss of packages by courier company
  • Delay due to unreachable contact or wrong address provided by customer .
  • Delay due to no one at home to received the parcel upon arrival.

 

Please kindly check and follow up on the tracking no provided to ensure safe arrival of your corals. We urge you to please put your livestock in your aquarium as soon as it is delivered .
